Welcome to OpenPlay STUDIOS Youth Development Training Program, (YDTP)

We offer a 3-year creative development track for contributors aged 13+, designed to build skills, confidence, and legacy.
With parental consent, young creators join our studio between 16:30 and 19:00, supervised by senior team members.
Participation is voluntary, and contributors may opt out at any time with notice.
At 16, they’re eligible for full-time roles—ready to lead, build, and innovate with us.
We don’t just hire—we mentor, empower, and protect.
